		<description><![CDATA[I thought I was joking saying I&#039;ll just about do one round but that is all I did. I was doing OHS though which I was delighted about. I was finding the running very difficult as my left hip flexer seemed injured in some way but stretched it out so hopefully I&#039;ll be back on track tomorrow :-) Must stretch more! Think half my soreness is actually that I dont stretch enough.]]></description>
