Used 70kg, did 15 kipping hspu on 1st round-remainder with push-ups, 8 hspu on 2nd round-remainder with push-ups and did the 9-6-3 with unbroken hspu.  Hell of a lot better than Dianne hspu&#039;s from a few weeks back. How 90kg&#039;s is done with strict hspu&#039;s in less than 10 mins is bordering on the unbelievable!]]></description>
